After extensive training in culinary school, Adam dove into the kitchen for four years as a tournant at the New York Athletic Club. Spending quality time at each station of the kitchen honed his skills as a new culinary artist. He then went to Les Celebrites to train under famed Chef Christian Delouvrier. It was under such tutelage Adam's true passion for the culinary arts was inspired -- which did not go unnoticed as Chef Christian took Adam as his sous chef, 3 years later when he took over Restaurant Lespinasse (awarded 4 stars by the New York Times).
